I now charge $40 an hour, with a three-hour minimum for service. Payment is due after completing the job, and I accept Venmo or cash. 

There is also a charge for transportation costs, which will be agreed upon prior and should hover around $5-15. I generally use the client's own cleaning supplies. This includes vacuum, duster, broom, cleaning sprays, and towels. If cleaning supplies are needed, I can purchase them. The fee for cleaning supplies will be listed as an added surcharge on your bill.

I clean from top to bottom, starting with dusting and then sweeping, vacuuming, washing, and mopping. I am happy to work with you and start on whichever room is best for you! Deep Cleaning Vs. Maintenance Cleaning:

I offer two types of cleaning services: Deep Cleaning and Maintenance Cleaning. 

Every initial visit is a Deep Cleaning to ensure everything is sparkly clean.

A Deep Cleaning is perfect for occasional cleaning and may take longer to complete. (Typically done once a month).

Maintenance Cleaning is great for more frequent cleaning and is quicker to finish. (Typically done for clients who like cleaning more frequently, such as once a week or biweekly). 

For the best results, please ensure surfaces are cleared of items to be cleaned.

I typically use the client's own cleaning supplies and vacuum, but I can bring my own cleaning sprays for a small extra charge.

The reasons for this are:

It's more ecological - using what is already available rather than buying all new products.

Using the products my clients love and are comfortable with 

It prevents me from having to charge extra for equipment and maintenance cost.

This allows me to walk or take the bus to jobs whenever possible. 

I am happy to bring cleaning sprays/ solutions if you don't have them at your home. I will always choose the most natural and non-toxic options possible. There may be a surcharge if you request cleaning products to be provided. If you have questions about products, please feel free to reach out!

Keeping items neatly arranged or clear from surfaces is helpful in making my time cleaning more efficient. However, If I need to move any items, it may take a bit longer to complete a room, but it's no problem at all!

I require an adult member of the household to be present at the start and end of the job to check in and ensure everything is to your satisfaction.  

I will need about 15 minutes of your time at the start, especially on the first appointment, to show me where all the cleaning supplies are and which rooms you would like cleaned.

I will take rest breaks, as needed. (This is usually 10-15 minutes during the appointment). 

For longer jobs, we can split them up over two or more days!
